Usage: Do not use if the product is damaged. If food above 30 degrees Celsius or boiled food is placed inside, it may cause pressure and explosion. The product should not be kept in the thermos for more than 24 hours. Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods. The thermos lid should be closed with normal tightening force. Overtightening will cause the air inside to compress. The product should never be microwaved or boiled. Cleaning: Hand wash with soap in warm water. Not suitable for dishwasher use. Do not use aggressive cleaning products. Wash by hand in warm, soapy water before first use. Suitable for ages 3 and up. Stainless steel body helps keep food hot or cold. For orders placed on weekdays by 2:00 PM, your items will be shipped on the same day. Domestic deliveries typically reach your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your region. You can return your product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Once your return request is approved, and after the product reaches us and necessary checks are completed, your payment will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days, using the same payment method you used during your order.
