Is Shipping Free?

For contracted cargo companies, shipping is free for your purchases over the amount determined by the campaign. For orders below the limit amount, the fee requested by the cargo company you choose will be reflected in your cart.

What should I do if the product I ordered arrives in the wrong size, color or model?

I created a new order, can I change my order?

Can I change the address to which my order will be delivered?

Check if your order has been shipped. If the product you ordered has not been delivered to the cargo, you can change the delivery address. To do this, you can reach customer service at 0 850 302 0 771.

The product I want to buy is out of stock. Will it be available again?

Since our stocks are constantly renewed, products are put back on sale as long as the season is not over. For products that are out of stock, you can receive a message when the product is put on sale by clicking the "Notify When Available" button on the product page.

How should I clean my products?

Since www.mielakids.com products are produced from delicate and technological fabrics, they should be cleaned according to the washing and drying instructions on each product.

When will my order reach me?

We deliver your orders placed before 14:00 to cargo on the same day. Domestic orders usually reach the recipient in 1-3 business days.

How can I find out whether my order has been shipped or not?

You can track your order status on the order details page on the website. Our system also sends you shipping notifications via SMS and Email.

Is there anything I should pay attention to when receiving the cargo product?

Yes. During shipping, products may be damaged due to the cargo. For this reason, when receiving the product, you should pay attention to whether the package is crushed, torn or wet. In such a case, you should not accept the cargo and have the cargo officer draw up a report.

How can I reach the product that was delivered but could not find me at home?

If you are not at the given address, the product you ordered will be delivered to the closest cargo branch to your address. It will be kept at the branch within 3 days. You can go to the cargo branch and pick up the product with your ID number. Products not collected within 3 days will be returned to www.mielakids.com.

How long does it take to get a refund if I cancel my order?

When you cancel the order or return the product, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days from the date the product reaches us.

Within how many days can I return the product I purchased?

If there is no condition that prevents the product from being resalable, you can return it within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?

If you send the product to us before the return period (14 days) expires, the necessary procedures will be carried out and the money will be refunded. If we have the same product in stock, you will be notified so that you can place a new order.

Can I place an order with the cash on delivery option?

You can place your orders with the cash on delivery option. If you choose cash on delivery, the Cargo company will also charge a Cash on Delivery Fee and this amount will be added to your order amount in your basket. You can see the relevant amount in your basket. If there is a shipping fee for product delivery, you will also see the shipping fee in your basket. We currently have cash on delivery and credit card order options. We would like to emphasize that you cannot pay in installments at the door. We would like to remind you that cash on delivery orders cannot be canceled after the order is shipped.

For payment on delivery approval, our customer representatives will call you by phone to confirm your address and get approval. We would like to remind you that in case of cancellation after the order is sent, our company reserves the right to collect all packaging and shipping expenses from you. For security reasons, you can use the payment on delivery method for orders up to 3500 TL.

Is it mandatory to be a member to place an order on your site? Why is it mandatory?

It is enough to click the add products to cart button, click the complete order in cart button and follow the steps. You can create an order using your phone and / or email address. You will only be asked for the address and contact information required for delivery. You can create a simple password so that you can track your order later on our site.
