You can wash your rug in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a low spin cycle
After washing, you can dry it in a low-spin dryer or lay it flat to air dry naturally
However, it should not be left in direct sunlight
Never leave your rug damp in the machine, as moisture can cause color bleeding
Avoid using bleach or detergents with bleach during washing
Placing the rug in the machine with the cotton surface facing out will allow loose cotton fibers to be washed away with the water
Make sure your machine has sufficient capacity for washing rugs
120x160 cm rugs require a minimum 6kg capacity
140x200 cm rugs require a minimum 9 kg capacity
200x300 cm rugs require a 10 kg capacity

Our Lorena Canals Rugs are 100% natural and entirely handmade by artisans, so shedding is a normal process
Each rug is hand-woven, and the final touches are made with scissors
During the trimming of excess fibers with scissors, small cotton threads may remain between the weaves
To prevent shedding, we recommend the dry brushing method, which will easily remove any excess cotton fibers
Additionally, it will be beneficial to vacuum your rug frequently in the first few weeks of use
The shedding process, which only occurs in hand-woven rugs made with natural materials, is completely normal; its timing may vary from rug to rug
Natural-colored rugs are more prone to shedding than dyed rugs
In any case, you can be sure that these fibers will not cause any health problems
Natural cotton yarn is non-toxic, and cotton is known to be hypoallergenic

For orders placed on weekdays by 2:00 PM, your items will be shipped on the same day. Domestic deliveries typically reach your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your region. We recommend checking your package during delivery and, if you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, or wetness, having the delivery person prepare a report before you accept the product.
You can return your product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Once your return request is approved, and after the product reaches us and necessary checks are completed, your payment will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days, using the same payment method you used during your order.
